The Position 

Are you an adept problem solver with strong technical prowess and excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Member Success Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional member satisfaction rating of 99% and above.

This is a partially remote position, with two days spent at our offices in the vibrant Crossroads District of Kansas City. As a full-time role, your workdays will span Monday through Friday, starting from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

General Responsibilities

As a Member Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them through their journey with our platform.
  • Lead live group training sessions through Zoom.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring they achieve their goals.
  • Provide proactive support to members, identifying potential issues before they become problems.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with members to assess their satisfaction and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and advocate for member needs within the company.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to help members maximize their use of our platform.
  • Manage multiple member accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Requirements

  • ​Prior experience in technical support
  • ​Dedicated and distraction-free workspace
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet
  • ​Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday

The salary for this position will depend on the level of experience. Salary range $36-40k annually.
