The Position
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is an excellent problem solver, highly technical, & a great communicator.
This is a partial work from home position. Three days each week you’ll work from our offices in the Crossroads District of Kansas City. Your work week will run Tuesday through Saturday. You’ll be joining an incredible team of talented people. Text In Church was named Inc.’s 2020 Best Workplaces. The hours are semi-flexible and can be discussed in the interview process, but will be full-time.
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for diagnosing customer issues, providing customers with technical support, and helping church leaders to best utilize our software via chat, email, phone, and video support.
