The Position
Are you an adept problem solver with strong technical prowess and excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional member satisfaction rating of 99% and above.

This is a remote position. As a full-time role, your workdays will span Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time (11:30am to 8:00pm Eastern Time).
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be instrumental in diagnosing member issues, delivering technical assistance to members, and aiding church leaders in optimizing our software through various communication channels, including chat, email, phone, and video support:
  • Prioritize and manage many open tickets at one time
  • Communicate technical knowledge to non-technical customers
  • ​Respond thoroughly and promptly to customer questions and requests
  • ​​​Leverage product knowledge and technical skills to resolve customer challenges
  • ​Provide excellent responses to members both written and verbally
  • ​Help train church leaders to effectively use our products
  • ​​​Share product knowledge with prospective members
  • ​Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and co-workers
  • ​​​​​Provide tech support, including procedural documentation to complex issues

Requirements
  • Experience with customer support
  • Dedicated and distraction-free office space
  • Predictable, high-speed internet access
  • ​Full-time position working Tuesday through Saturday

The salary for this position will depend on the level of experience. Salary range $36-40k annually.
