The Position 

Are you an adept problem solver with strong technical prowess and excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Member Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional member satisfaction rating of 99% and above.

This is a remote position. As a full-time role, your workdays will span Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

General Responsibilities

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be instrumental in diagnosing member issues, delivering technical assistance to members, and aiding church leaders in optimizing our software through various communication channels, including chat, email, phone, and video support.
  • Efficiently manage multiple open tickets concurrently.
  • Comfortably handle member phone calls and zoom meetings.
  • ​Communicate technical concepts to non-technical members effectively.
  • ​Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to member inquiries.
  • ​Utilize your product knowledge and technical expertise to resolve member challenges.
  • Offer both written and verbal responses to members in an exemplary manner.
  • ​Share valuable product insights with potential members.

Requirements

  • ​Prior experience in technical support
  • ​Dedicated and distraction-free workspace
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet
  • ​Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday

The salary for this position will depend on the level of experience. Salary range $36-40k annually.
